About the Artwork
In Formica, the artist explores the essence of effortless nature by programming mathematics that mimic natural flow, aiming to encapsulate the imagery and core of this inherent simplicity.
Formica is an open edition artwork live minted in the Tezos blockchain and debuting as part of Tezos Realm showcase held by tesserart.
Live minting will begin Wednesday 6:30pm, September 14 (GMT+8), and will close on Thursday, October 31st.
New Media Artist
Alvis Lee is a new media artist who focuses on generative art and audiovisual performance. The concept behind his creations is inspired by observing nature. And bringing those ideas to life through algorithms.
His works have been exhibited and collected at the Shanghai Visual Art Festival, The National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts, Peckham digital art London, and C-Lab Taipei.
